Return Categories

Unopened Products

VitaMed will accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund of the product cost. Products must be in their original, unopened condition with all seals intact.

Opened Products

If you wish to return opened products within 30 days, they are returnable for store credit equal to the full purchase price. This allows you to try a different VitaMed product that may better suit your needs.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us immediately at support@vitamedgroup.com with your order number and photos of the issue. VitaMed will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
